I have a company that has a few buses (not in north america) that run and I need to make sure the drivers stick to their routes.
My idea is to buy them paid-for android phones and track their whereabouts by having the phone collect GPS Data and dump store it in memory until the phone is plugged in again at which point the GPS location data can be downloaded/uploaded and overlayed on a map.
I don't want to have to pay for data connection and I don't need real time tracking. I only need to know where the buses have been.
Do you know of any app that would be able to do this?

Hey! As far as I know, only spy applications that can track GPS work without a network connection. If you want to have access to all the information on your phone, you'd better use Best Phone Tracker Apps without Permission.
This will allow you to read all messages on someone else's phone, track calls and much more.
