The routine NBA games are fine for the most part but there are still a few abuse of mechanisms such as baseline drive cartoons that are apparently unguardable together with the average NBA player. The contest system is much better for everyone, especially guards though (even without intimidator) on the inside and it needs players to set displays and force mismatches which is good as it is imitating a real nicely thought out baseball play. No problems here. No I dont need to be stepping back using a 2 way slashing playmaker, but I want to have an opportunity of being rewarded for setting up a teammate with a 75 3pt. 75 out of a 100 is 3/4s, meaning if a teammate is wide open with a 75 3pt shot on the perimeter, then the shooter should be able to green 7/10 times. Rewarding bad defense by leaving somebody wide open since they dont have a 90+ three point shot needs to be repaired, because this promotes paint sitting which also hinders slashers from playing as well.
2K also incorporated a photo stick which really is different and pretty cool but there is not any reason to use it when you're able to shoot more consistently with the shooter button. If youre going to employ a mechanic, give it a reason for folks to use it. They ought to create the green window bigger or more consistent for those people with typical 3pt shots in order to encourage practicing the new mechanic and forcing the defense to really play basketball defense.
I understand that although this can be a sporting simulation its not going to be perfect but as a video game there has to be equilibrium. There should not be only 1 way to win (play shots chucking shots and glass cleaners catching them) because at this point it will become a take out and who can be lucky enough to green more, it ought to be the way you utilize what your myPlayer can do with your teammates into a certain game plan to be able to acquire a bucket. We understand there are badges that boost certain team plays most badges encourage isolation play that takes away from the value of team play.
I have 3 times played since the launch of the game and I have made the meta builds and even my own builds but this is"MY"player, I wish to be able to use my own build to win, maybe not base it in a violent"meta" and pray. "Ability gap" is not what 2K implemented this season, what they did was execute luck/randomness which takes away from some other skill. I have more issues with the gameplay overall and also another game modes but this is also a"next gen" console so I am hoping for new stuff later this season but this is merely the biggest issue I am sure the community can agree on for the current gen game they've delivered.
I mean, majority of the community will only buy the current gen version of the mamba forever variation as it comes with another gen regular edition for free my guy. Is it safe to state that the vast majority of the community can afford the new consoles? I thought the majority was children (old guy here.) And Im asking because I know ppl here will def have a better idea of the age range than me....cuz when the majority of ppl from the community are legal adults, even as toxic as it is....thats more screwed than I ever believed it was lol (the toxicity). Why would anyone pay 100 bucks on sport it's possible to cover 60 for.
